The Noble Ferro Alloys Division was founded in 1980 and is located in the industrial hub of Vapi, Gujarat. The largest producer of high quality Noble Ferro Alloys in India, it commands around 40% of market share with a manufacturing capacity of 9,000 Metric Tons Per Annum. Its key products are Ferro molybdenum, Ferro vanadium, Ferro titanium, Ferro alloy powders and unfused V2O5. In the electrodes industry, the products are used in the manufacturing of alloy and high speed steel, and special grade steel for infusing anti-abrasive and anti-corrosive properties to steel. In the fertiliser industry, it is used as a catalyst and the manufacturing of castings.
Noble Ferro Alloys provide steel with strength and anti-corrosive properties, and are used primarily in the production of alloy steels, high-speed steels, and other special grade steels. Our Division manufactures lumps and powders of Ferro Molybdenum, Ferro Vanadium, Ferro Titanium, and unfused Vanadium Pentoxide (V2O5). Welding electrodes are made from Ferro Molybdenum and Ferro Vanadium powders. In the fertiliser and chemical processing industries, unfused Vanadium Pentoxide (V2O5) powder is used as a catalyst.
